Lake getaway - Modern cabin

This modern cabin is located across from the main lake in Linn Valley Lakes. Great room has vaulted ceilings of knotty pine. Enjoy the well stocked kitchen and games for family fun. The large covered porch features a porch swing, table and chairs, rattan furniture and a screened porch off the master bdr. Fire pit and firewood in the back yard. Community amenities include: , mini golf, disc golf, beach, play areas, trails and 18 hole golf course. Bring your fishing poles and kayaks! The space This is a newer home. Prepare to be impressed with the location, layout, appliances, finishes and special touches. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a trundle bed. It can be tight in that space. We have blow up queen mattresses upon request if that best fits your needs. Beach towels provided. Guest access The cabin is within walking distance to docks and the beach. Please remember that this location is not near restaurants and grocery stores. Please bring the food that you will need during your stay. A dollar general is 6 miles away in LaCygne along with a few restaurants. A Price Chopper and some more restaurants are 18 miles away in Louisburg. Other things to note Home completed in October 2022. Community is gated, so a gate code will be given prior to arrival. ***Outside motorized watercraft are not allowed*** Do not bring your boat or jetski please.
