You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located studio apartment in the quaint area of Bayswater, close to Hyde Park and Portobello market. There is an abundance of cafes and restaurants in the local area as well as grocery stores to buy your food items for delicious home-cooked meals. You have ease of access to a central line Queensway and Bayswater station, all within walking distance from the property. The space The one-bedroom apartment has a private kitchenette equipped with a ceramic two plate hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and basic cutlery, cups, and plates suitable for two people. The bathroom is private and attached to the studio, you will have your own walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head. Towels and linens are provided, two large towels and two small hand towels with a bathroom matt and some starter toiletries (no toothpaste). Please note this is a self-catering listing, I do provide starter items such as toilet paper etc but after these run out it is the guest responsibility to replenish this themselves. Guest access I have a self-check system. Arrival information is sent three days prior to your arrival by email, the email is automated and is sent out after 2pm. This email will describe the whole check in system to you, providing the full address and step by step guidance on how to open the main entrance door with a code and how to get your key from a master lock box located within the building. Please ensure you have this email before your arrival at the property. Other things to note Please note this is a self-catering listing, I do provide starter items such as toilet paper etc but after these run out it is the guest responsibility to replenish this themselves. The laundry facilities are not located inside the unit but are communal in the building and a chargeable extra of £1 per 30-minute usage per machine - estimating costs at £2 to £3 per wash and £1 to £2 per dry. Please note I do not have air conditioning in the studio, just under floor heating. Service cleans are not provided but are available at an additional charge I don't accept house parties, I encourage a considerate environment in which guests respect each other. No bicycles are accepted and NO smoking in the property. The Wi-Fi provided is purely complimentary service, which is serviced through a 3rd party supplier. It is intended purely for personal use and cannot be relied on for professional use. If you do experience issues, please notify us and we will our utmost to work with the 3rd party supplier to make sure that this is dealt with as swiftly as possible. Please note I do not supply oil, milk, or toasters (they cause issues with the smoke alarms. There are no service cleans included in your stay, if you stay for extended periods of time, I will arrange to have the room cleaned in that time. Check-in is strictly at 3pm. This is to allow our cleaning staff to properly clean the room and to give us sufficient time to make sure the property is ready for you. We run a small boutique building and have a limited staff, so although we try to get your room as early as possible, 3pm is the earliest we can guarantee a check-in. On rare occasions, we can offer an early check-in, or you can book the room from the day before. However, this is subject to a charge.
