Your home away from home. We are only 5 mins from the city, 10 mins from the beach and 1 min from off road running and cycling tracks. After a day exploring, cook up a storm in our newly renovated chefs kitchen or outdoor BBQ and enjoy a wine on the covered deck overlooking the valley. If the weather turns, we have plenty to keep you entertained with a dartboard, books, a collection of board games and an indoor wood fireplace by the TV. We are small pet friendly by arrangement. The space This is a fully equipped family home so expect a home away from home. From hair straighteners to blenders and coffee machines it will all be there. Please note, because its a family home we dont provide linen or towels as these are our personal items. All mattresses have mattress protectors on and pillows have pillow protectors. Duvet inners will also be available. Please bring fitted sheets, duvet covers and towels for your stay. We provide a handy list for guests to make sure you have all you need :) The Space: The house is split over three levels with the top floor hosting two seperate bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms open onto a shared landing with a writing desk or workplace / study. The middle level is a sun drenched north facing lounge/TV room with comfy couches and a wood fireplace for cooler nights. The bottom level opens out to a huge brand new fully equiped modern kitchen that flows onto our covered outdoor entertainers deck. On the deck you will find outdoor lounge and dining spaces with a dart board. The deck flows onto the garden which is fully fenced for small pets and children. The bottom level also has a private ensuite master bedroom. Great for parents wanting to give parents or teenagers the top level or two couples wanting some privacy and space. Guest access You will have the house all to yourself however there is a seperate flatlet underneath which is rented out long term. This will have no interference with your stay.
