This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family retreat or a friend gathering. This 3+ bedroom townhouse is located in the pines but still close to all the attractions that Rapid City and the Black hills has to offer. This getaway has a great room on the main floor, a big dining room and a well equipped kitchen. There is a fun family room in the basement with foosball, arcade games and fun board games for the family. And 2 outdoor living areas to watch the wildlife and soak up the view. The space This place has 3 levels. Please take note that there are quite a few stairs at this property which may not be suitable for all guests depending on personal circumstances. Upon entering the main level from the front door, you will see two bedrooms which are connected by a jack-and-jill style bathroom. There is also a separate vanity area and nursery/crib area in one of those two bedrooms. There is a large open dining/living area on this level as well, with a well stocked kitchen. You also have access to the back deck off the dining area thru sliding doors. Upstairs, you will find the third bedroom which has a bathroom connected to it. There is another open room upstairs- which has two twin sized beds. The basement offers another living area/game room as well as additional bathroom, laundry area, and access to the garage. Guest access This whole town home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the housekeeping closet- which is labeled and locked. Other things to note also, please note that while we are happy to have a grill at this property- we do ask that if guests use it they scrape it and ensure it is usable for our next guests as this is not part of what is typically cleaned by housekeeping between rentals. there is a grill brush provided. there also is typically a second propane tank we keep in the garage for your use in case it is needed.
