Our Waterbury VT A-Frame sits on the Little River at the doorstep to Waterbury Reservoir and Little River State Park. 25min to BTV airport, Stowe, and Sugarbush. Come recharge and explore, 4 seasons. The space The a-frame is three floors and a ladder accessed loft and sits on 2 acres of land that features gardens, meadow and path down to the river. On the River is solar powered + electric. No pets! No seasonal stays! The property sits in the perfect location, 25 min from Burlington International Airport, 25 min to Stowe, Sugarbush, and Bolton Valley Resorts. Just a short drive or walk down from the lake, Waterbury Reservoir, and the hiking and biking at Little River State Park. Ski out the door along our private river path. The Little River is the perfect spot for fishing as its cold water is fed from the Reservoir dam release and allows year-round fishing with a VT fishing license. Enjoy the wildflowers and wildlife in the meadow. There are outdoor toys and sleds for the kids. Inside the house you’ll find lots of cozy blankets, games, maps, books, and local Vermont cabin things. Guest access There are several steps to enter the property in the entrance as well as the rear of the property to the deck. The whole house is available to the guest to enjoy. You'll need to contact us outside of Airbnb if you wish to use our cabin for a photo shoot. ACCESSIBILITY Must be able to use stairs to enter home and to access lower bedrooms and bathroom.
