Guests may use the entire house, 184 E. Water St., the yard, and the driveway. The house was built in 1883 and was occupied by my grandparents, my father actually grew up in this house. This was a Pocahontas Fuel company house. The space The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. A mudroom is off of the kitchen. You’re welcome to park in the driveway behind the house and put ATVs in the roped off area of the backyard. Trailers and trucks must be parked in the alley, but please don’t block the alley. Cars can be parked in front of the house. I just added an outdoor kitchen including a gas grill, turkey fryer/low country boil propane pot, a Blackstone griddle, table, chairs, live seat under a solar lit pergola. Guest access Guests get the whole house and the surrounding yard. Other things to note There is a lockbox on the front door with two door keys in it. I will text you the code for the lock box once the house has been cleaned from the previous renters. The gate to the backyard has a lock on it and the key is hanging on a nail in the kitchen beside the back door. When you are leaving please put the gate key back on that nail and put the door keys back in the lock box.
