This spectacular 3 bedroom town home owned by an Emmy Award-winning director, is situated on the quiet, west end of Jones street. It has been completely renovated and brought back to life with gorgeous hardwood floors, tall ceilings and totally modern touches throughout. The space is overly generous, to say the least. Not only is there plenty of living area, we offer a gorgeous veranda off the back that's perfect for an outdoor morning breakfast or a small soiree in the evening. The space The master suite offers a walk-in shower, double vanity sink and 2 large closets with a ton of natural light and black-out shades just in case. The 2 queen bedrooms also have very generous closet space and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom, also with a double vanity sink. The living room has plenty of natural light with inspirational reading space. We offer free WiFi and a Smart TV. There is plenty of small kitchen appliances to choose from should you enjoy cooking. We have a regular coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Guest access The entire townhouse is yours. You have direct access to the veranda through the rear and we will buy you a monthly parking pass to park for free on the street. Other things to note Please be respectful of your neighbors, we have short-term guests that stay in the two lower apartments and we ask that you be courteous when walking around late at night.
