Modern basement with private entrance

A completely new and family place was built in 2022. It is located in Marieville about 40 minutes from downtown Montreal. The space Hello and welcome! My basement is brand new, modern and well lit with a private entrance in a family home. All the furniture is new. There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, on Auclair Street. Neptune Park is a 2-minute walk away and offers play modules, tennis courts, etc. The location is very convenient: 3 minutes from Highway 112, 10 minutes from Highway 10, about 30 minutes from the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge, 40 minutes from downtown Montreal, 35 minutes from Bromont and 8 minutes from Chambly. Two guests maximum. One baby under 2 years of age is accepted per booking. Please let me know the first name of the person who will be traveling with you. Visitors are not allowed. No smoking and no pets allowed. Please remove your shoes inside the accommodation. Smoking (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited, even outside. Failure to do so will result in immediate intervention of the stay and additional charges. 🕒 Check-out must be done before 11 a.m., in order to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for the next guests.
