Visiting the city with family or alone, our apartment will give you a lot of peace and relax time. An enclose parking structure and close to the lobby makes it very convenience. Adding that the apartment is a few steps from the elevator and stairways. The space This is a 3 bedrooms apartment that can accommodate up to 7 people with three different options to pay for each room*. This new way to reserve your rooms gives you the option to order according to your needs without getting extra charge for rooms that you don't need at the time of your stay. We have one bedroom with its own bathroom, 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining room & terrace. When you make the reservation please enter the exact number of guests who will be staying, including adults and minors. If you need to increase the number of guests, you can do it through the platform. If you pay for 1-2 guests you will received one room, you pay for 3-4 guests you'll received 2 rooms, 5-6 guests you'll received 3 rooms. If you want an additional room because you do not want to share the same room, we can enable it for you for an additional $30 per stay, otherwise the other rooms will kept lock. YOU WILL NOT SHARE THE APARTMENT WITH OTHER PEOPLE. The apartment has: air conditioning in the living room and in all 3 rooms, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, hot and cold water, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, iron, laundry center, master bedroom with queen size bed, 2 junior bedrooms with semi-double bed, TV in living room and master bedroom, terrace with 180° view of the city, covered parking for 2 vehicles Guest access The social areas as gym, meeting room and co-working upon request. Some of these areas require to be book first. Other things to note -PRICES CHANGE ALL THE TIME AND ARE NOT SECURE UNTIL YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. YOU CAN STILL ASK FOR PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. - In case you need to increase the number of guests, send us a message and we will send you the request for the additional fees. - We have a queen bed that can facilitated for additional $10 per stay. We will include the sheets to cover. Please let us know before your arrival. - Upon request, we can arrange cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee of $ 25.00 per visit. We have everything you need for your stay, from entertainment, kitchen utensils, towels, body soap, shampoo, first aid kit. WE DO NOT INCLUDE DETERGENTS FOR LAUNDRY. - Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 A. M. sharp - If you need to make a changes in a future or existing reservation, please contact us. Sometimes, for additional fee, we can make accommodations if you which to check in or out early . Service is not always available and you will need to check first. If you wish to check in later than 3 p.m. please contact us to make an arrangement. In many cases we are able to do it without additional fee. Everything is self check in and check out. No assistance is require unless there is a problem that you can not manage.
