Welcome to this convenient and comfortable getaway! The Cozy Cove is a large studio apartment with a full kitchen and an open concept living room/sleeping area. Ideally located on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Fayetteville, everything you want to do or see is nearby, including bars and restaurants, parks, museums and more. Stay for a night or make yourself at home for a longer visit. It’s a perfect base for nurses coming to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center (just 8 mins away) The space The Space The Cozy Cove studio has a queen-size bed and accommodates up to two guests. It has a bright and eclectic vibe with lots of light and fun art pieces. The living area includes a handsome sofa, a big comfy beanbag chair, and a 42” wall-mounted TV with Roku. In case you’re living the work-from-anywhere life, there is a dedicated workspace with a desk, a large monitor (who doesn’t love having a 2nd monitor!), and a rolling office chair. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics for cooking at home and also offers a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee. There’s a nice private bath with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. If you’re traveling with a lot of gear, you will especially appreciate the big walk-in closet. Amenities include Wifi, heating and air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The studio is at the back of the home, and shares walls with another unit. Guests have access to the communal washer and dryer on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to remain leashed while outside, since the deck, BBQ area and fenced yard are shared. Guest Access Private entrance with Smart Lock for easy check-in. Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies. ~ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask that all of our guests treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ~Smart TVs are located in the home. We do not provide cable or basic channels so don't forget to bring log-ins for your streaming subscriptions. ~While registered guests will enjoy spending time together at the property, gatherings, events or parties of any type or size are not permitted. If you have questions, please message hosts BEFORE confirming reservation. * This is a Duplex so walls are shared with another unit. There are quite hours from 11pm- 5am. Back yard is shared space with other guest and their pets so keep them on a leach, dogs cannot be left unattended.
