Self contained cottage 10min from Silverstone

Lovely self contained annex with 4 bedrooms in beautiful village. Brackley town is only a 2min drive. Only one bathroom and small sitting room. Large fully kitted kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with super king bed, one with king bed, one with double bed and one with a small double bed. Private parking. Only 10min from Silverstone Racing. 20min to Bicester Village. The space Separate entrance. Sitting room and kitchen on ground floor, bedrooms and bathroom on first floor. Bedrooms are off a long landing. Cosy sitting room with large TV. Large kitchen with dining area. Fully kitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle. All bed linen from White Company and washable duvets and pillows. There’s no garden but a small patio area at the front of the annex. The annex is a perfect place for work related travels. There’s limited outside area so would not be suitable for young children. We do have a high chair, travel cot and baby gates if you are travelling with babies or toddlers. Please let us know if you need any of these. Guest access There’s a patio area on the front of the annex. There’s no garden included. We do have competition horses on the property. Please respect the privacy of the horses. There’s strictly no access to the stables and the fields. Other things to note The annex is a great space and can host up to 7 people. The sitting room is small. The bedrooms are upstairs and it is quite spacious. The annex is next to a private home and no outside space so not suitable for a family looking for a longer holiday stay.
