We look forward being the perfect home base to explore East PR The space The kitchen is fully-equipped with the basics for enjoying home-cooked meals around the spacious six person dining table -Full size fridge and freezer -Electric stove and oven -Large microwave -Quality pots, pans, and cooking utensils -Drip coffee maker -Toaster All beds are comfortable memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom had a closet system with hangers and a laundry basket to keep you organized throughout your stay. The house has great amenities including; -High-speed WIFI -Smart TV in the living room with Netflix included -Assorted family board games -Take-one-leave-one book selection -Full size washer and dryer with detergent included. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy. Other things to note There are four security cameras on the exterior of the home. We monitor the front entryway, the garage space, and the backyard. Any tampering, disabling, or covering security cameras or the supporting wifi connection will be considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Outdoor video recording is in progress during your reservation in the outside commonplaces only. The cameras are for your and the host's protection only and are not concealed or undisclosed. Cameras only monitor outdoor entry points, are not located anywhere inside the house and do not point into any doorway, window, bedroom, or bathroom of the house. Puerto Rico also experiences power outages from time to time. These instances are completely outside of our control and generally last for a short period of time. We are unable to compensate in any way for any power outages that happen during your stay. A flashlight is located in the top drawer of the kitchen in case of need. Puerto Rico has a delicate sewer system. Please use toilet paper accordingly and do not flush anything other than toilet paper, even items that say flushable. Should plumbing issues arise due to improper use of the septic system, a minimum of $150 will be charged to cover plumbing maintenance.
