Vehicles parked improperly (including blocking sidewalks or driveways, parking on grass, or in unauthorized areas) are subject to towing. No overnight clubhouse parking. The space First floor - 1 Queen Bed (suite w/ hallway access) Second Floor - 1 King Bed (suite) - 2 Twin Beds (suite) (avengers) - 2 Queen Beds (suite) (Mickey) Guest access Welcome Items: You will find in the house check in items for your convenience. Should you need extras there are several stores nearby! To start you will have: 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen 1 trash bags in each bin + 2 extra kitchen bags 1 hand soap in each bathroom 1 hotel size shampoo and conditioner. 1 kitchen sponge, 1 dishwashing soap 1 dishwasher pod. 1 Laundry detergent. Remember this is just a starter pack to make your first day easier Other things to note ~ Bbq is $85.13 for the entire stay and that includes 1 full propane tank and cleaning upon your check out. ~ Pool heat is $35 a day if you would like to add that, it is not recommended from June - September. If you would like to add it please let me know at your earliest convenience. Preferably at least 24 hours before the time you would like to use the heat and we also recommend at least 2 consecutive days. Also please note that the Spa and Pool heat work together through heat exchange. There is no way to heat one without the other therefore the $35 cost per day includes both pool and spa heat. If you have request pool heat and the temperature drops below 50 degrees the heater may turn off as a way to protect the equipment from burning out. Please note that once the temperature returns above 50 the heater will turn back on. ~ This is a non smoking home and no pets are allowed! Smoking is allowed only in the patio area and we ask that you please pick up after yourself. ~Trash is collected by the community entrance. Please make sure all garbage is in secure bags before throwing it in the dumpster. Loose trash and food are not collected and can cause odors, and raccoons to visit. Noise: Please control the noise level of group at all times and be considerate of the people who live and work around you. Should you have any issues, you may contact the non emergency sheriff line. Quiet time starts at 11:00pm ~AC: Please do not lower the AC temperature past 70 degrees. This can cause the AC unit to freeze and then you will be without AC. Please keep windows and doors shut if the AC is on. ~Towels/Linens: The home has been prepped and cleaned for your arrival. Bath towels and bed linens are available, but wash cloths will not be provided for hygienic reasons. There will be no change of towels and sheets during the stay. Feel free to use the laundry machine during your stay if you need to wash any items. ~Pest Control: To better attend our clients we pay for a monthly pest control service that is here to help when those pesky Florida bugs that get into the home. If you notice anything during your stay and would like to schedule treatment please let us know and we can get someone out right away! ~Maintenance: Should you notice any issues in the home during your stay please contact us through Airbnb and we will return to you asap! We can normally be reached between 8am-9pm. Pool Safety Your safety is extremely important to us. Please review the following pool safety rules carefully: • Children must never be left unattended in or around the pool area, even for a moment. • The pool safety gate must remain closed and latched at all times when not actively entering or exiting the pool area. • Do not prop open, disable, or tamper with the safety gate. • There is no lifeguard on duty. All swimming is at your own risk. • Guests are responsible for supervising all children and non-swimmers in their group. • Please exercise caution around wet surfaces, as they may become slippery. Failure to follow these safety rules may result in injury. We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep everyone safe during their stay. ——— Firearms & Weapons For the safety of all guests, firearms, ammunition, and other weapons are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, pool area, driveway, and vehicles parked on the property. Guests who arrive with firearms or other weapons may have their reservation canceled without refund and may be asked to leave the property immediately, subject to Airbnb’s policies and applicable law.
