Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails. Parking: There is parking available for 3 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access. * There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM El Dorado TOT# El Dorado permit #VHR21- Guest access You will have access to the entire home minus any locked owner’s closets. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee are a $50 administrative fee and a $59.95 damage waiver that covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred. You can contact our office after you make the booking if you want to avoid the damage waiver and we will replace it with a $1,000 security deposit. Parking is not allowed on the street from Nov 1 - May 1 so you will want to carpool accordingly.
