Downtown Estes Luxury Loft on the Riverwalk
Short term rental registration number 6171. Get away from it all in the mountains of Estes Park with luxury and the convenience of a downtown location. The loft is right on the Riverwalk and main street; you'll be able to walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries on the main street of Estes Park and you're close to all the outdoor activities of RMNP and the surrounding areas. This luxurious loft in the heart of town has 11 foot ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, sky lights, full bath with an enormous jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a private deck overlooking the river walk. You'll find that this loft is very quiet with a peaceful with a view of a hillside, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet gem and if you're lucky you'll watch a herd of elk walking by on the hillside. Living, dining and kitchen are all part of an open, sunny space. Be sure to open the windows so you can hear the river rushing by! Our guests love the luxurious jacuzzi bathtub as well. The building is secure & safe with a few cute shops right below. Estes Park offers numerous festivals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, golf, tennis, music venues, museums and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel. Rocky Mountain National Park is only a few miles up the road and has 350 miles of hiking trails covering the most easily accessible, pristine mountains in the United States. Hiking, biking, horseback riding are all available in the park or you can drive Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide. You will have independent access to a lockbox to get in and out of the condominium and if there are any issues I'll be available via phone and will have on site assistance available if it is necessary. There are endless restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. within just a couple blocks of the loft. Once you park your car you won't likely need to get in it again, unless you're driving into RMNP! If you walk along the riverwalk you'll have access to nearly everything in town: a five & dime, restaurants, coffee, pizza places, live music, festivals, hiking, and the shuttle that goes into RMNP. There is a public parking lot directly behind the building (across the river) with over 100 parking spots. There is not a spot specifically reserved for this property, so you'll have to find one that's open. I'll provide a map of all the parking in town in case you happen to arrive at a time when there isn't a spot available in the closest lot.
