One set of bath/beach towels per guest is included. 🧼 🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment: To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🚫🌬️ 📋 Important House Rules: Parking: Driveway parking only. No street parking is allowed in this neighborhood, and garage parking is not offered (homeowner's vehicle is stored in the garage). 🚗 Age/Pets: Primary guest must be 25+. Documented service animals only (ESA not required per FL law). 🐾 Electricity: For monthly rentals, there is a $150 cap on electricity usage; guests are responsible for any overage charges. ⚡ Security: The home is equipped with a security system including exterior-facing cameras. 📸 Mail: No mail delivery available; please use a local P.O. Box. 📬 🕒 Check-In & Booking Policies: Check-In: 4:00 PM. Lockbox code provided prior to arrival. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. 🔑 🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned home. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in. Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement.
