All are available for your enjoyment The space This contemporary home is beautifully crafted with an open-concept design to provide a memorable experience. The kitchen's waterfall island with Caesarstone quartz countertop, modern stainless steel appliances and glass cabinets are meticulous curated with a leading-edge ceiling range hood to create an unobstructed sightline of the lake and fountain. A convenient workspace is constructed at the foyer area for your convenience. Free WIFI are provided. Cable TV are available in the the living-room and the second bedroom. USB ports are conveniently located throughout the condo. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a makeup vanity, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with body-jet shower that provides a spa-like experience. The main bathroom is complete with a tub for you to soak in after a busy day. The king-size bed in the 2nd bedroom can be converted to two twin-size beds upon request, or vice versa. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, luggage racks and bedside lamps with USB ports. Enjoy your morning coffee in the loveseat of the screened lanai. The picturesque view of the pond and serene sound of the fountain will melt your stress away. Laundry washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Other items such as iron and ironing board, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sandwich grill, quesadilla grill, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests will enjoy full use of the space and associated amenities in the Shorewalk community including clubhouse facilities, pools, hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board court and children's playground. The space has two secure closets the guests will not have access to. Other things to note This is a no smoking or vaping unit, including the lanai. Smoking is permitted on the front porch away from the entrance. Pool passes are provided and must be shown on request of the clubhouse attendant. Guests must familiarize themselves with the rules of the community and abide by them. Failure to do so may result in extra fees or removal from the unit. HOA has limited the total occupancy in the unit to six people max at any time.
