Combined suite as part of six very comfortable suites at this private resort. This is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite w private back area and spectacular shared front outdoor area w pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor kitchen. As part of small private resort, this suite has a large kitchen of the six suites with in-kitchen dining for up to 6 people. This kitchen also contains additional items such as a waffle maker and electric juicer, dishwasher, ideal for when the entire resort is rented by one group. Adjacent living room has L-shape sofa that converts to a queen bed, a 50" flat screen smart TV and a separate desk for those who need to get some work done. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with door opening up to its own private terrace. It has a 32" flat screen TV and a private completely redone en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a 40" flat screen smart TV , and its own en suite beautifully redone private bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the shared outside front area with pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue, and outdoor eating area. This unit has its own private area in the back with two chaise lounge chairs, outdoor dining, barbecue, and separate seating area. Comes with internet access. Guest access Guests have a private back area with chaises, seating area, BBQ and outdoor dining. In the front of this 6-suite Spanish style mini resort you have access to a beautifully created shared outdoor area with two soothing fountains, salt water pool, 6 person spa with LED lighting, outdoor solar heated shower, outdoor fire pit, kitchen with Italian style family dining for up to 20. Other things to note This home is perfectly set up to be rented as a whole or as individual suites. On weekends we mainly rent out the entire resort to large groups. However, on a rolling 2 to 3 week bases we open up the calendars for rental of the individual suites.
