A bright and spacious holiday cottage, set in a peaceful hamlet with stunning Yorkshire Wolds views. York is a 20 minute drive. There are 2 large bedrooms at each end of the cottage, both with a bathroom and an open-plan living area. A futon in Bedroom 2 is available for groups of 5. Relax in the enclosed garden with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying sunrise. Countryside on your doorstep and a village pub nearby, this tranquil retreat offers comfort and rural charm. We have 1 x travel cot The space Bright and airy spacious holiday cottage: Living / dining / kitchen area with bi-folds and dual aspect. Perfect for social cooking and eating. Two bedrooms at either end of the cottage: - Bedroom 1 with dual aspect, king sized bed, an en-suite and TV. - Bedroom 2 has triple aspect with a double bed and has the main bathroom next door (also accessible from the living area). Please note - we can only accommodate 1 x infant per booking Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the cottage and garden area Other things to note The Old Potting Shed is located in a quiet, sleepy, village and although the cottage is set back from the Main Street, we do have neighbours and therefore ask that you are respectful of the quiet hours between 9pm and 7am (including no music outside during these times please). We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs but ask that they do not go in the carpeted bedrooms and are not left unattended please.
