Guesthouse in Edgewater

Enjoy your stay in our comfortable and quiet carriage house! Located less than a half mile away from Sloan’s lake and Edgewater public market, both great places to enjoy the beautiful CO scenery! Sloan’s lake has a wonderful 2.5 mile trail loop with a view of the Rockies that you can enjoy biking, walking, or running. Edgewater public market has lots of great food and you can also enjoy some local brew! Downtown is an easy 10 minute Uber ride directly east on Colfax. The space - You will have the entire suite to yourself with private entry (unit is up one flight of stairs). - Bedroom has a king size bed with own dresser and closet space. - Furnished kitchen with central seating area - Living room couch is large and comfortable for extra guests but air mattress is also provided along with extra bedding if necessary. - Separate desk for personal work space - Bathroom includes double sinks with shower and bathtub - Washer / dryer available in the suite - One free parking spot in front of the main house with additional parking in lot easily accessed across the street at a park - High speed Internet - 2 smart TVs (one in bedroom and very large 75” TV in living area) you can log in to your subscription for Netflix, Hulu, etc. - My husband and I live in the main house attached by the long deck.
