Best location for SXSW, ACL, or Ut Sports. 13 miles to COTA. 2.8 miles to Barton Springs/Zilker Quiet neighborhood with the convenience of downtown living. The bedroom is in an eclectic art-filled, curated home. Shared common space with host & well behaved cat. There’s a small garden space, to enjoy your coffee in. Walking distance to a dozen vintage shops, Wheatsville Co-op, UT & so much more! The space 1940s craftsman bungalow, in beautiful neighborhood. Its an older home, so if you prefer a home with character with unique details (the bedroom has a skeleton key), compared to modern looking accommodation- this is a fun stay for you! Please note: There are song bird feeders, a variety if lovely bird visitors and birdsong every morning. If that sort of thing bothers you, please be advised. Re also: bees and butterflies. The home is really close to campus and downtown, for those traveling here for work. Shared bath, in old Art Deco bathroom. Comfy common indoor spaces, wild garden for quiet outdoor sitting. Guest access You can have access to a private room and shared bath. There will also be a shared common space, such as the living room or fully stocked kitchen, although, you’ll typically have the space to yourself.
