Casa Perico, your get-a-way, Super Clean!

This brand new condo is located in the gated community of Harbour Isle, located on Perico Island in Anna Maria Sound! Great restaurants, fishing, boating, the beach and all sorts of fun stuff is close by. The famous white sands beach is about a 10 min bike ride or 4 min by car. We hope you will love this as much as our family does. We designed the interior to make it beautiful as well as comfortable. The space The spacious main room opens to a lanai overlooking the well maintained landscape of Harbour Isle. Huge glass doors can be slid open enjoying beautiful days. The kitchen has all new appliances with a double oven and built in bar! A full size washer and dryer come with the condo as well. 2 full size bathrooms are off each master bedroom. We have stocked the condo with towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryers even games. Guest access Pool, playground, grilling area and outside bar for your events. Other things to note Neal Preserve’s (right next to us) 120 acres include both coastal habitats, such as mangrove forests and salt terns, as well as pockets of oak hammock uplands. Acquired in 2005, the site features passive outdoor recreation opportunities including a 20 foot tall observation tower, shell trails, and boardwalks that wind through the coastal environment. Located on the south side of Manatee Avenue, overflow parking is available on the north side of the Anna Maria Island Bridge. Places to go - Casa Perico! Nice Beach Bistro, the bar is great. Very hemmingway. Good food but a bit pricy. Drinks are great. Ask for Brie. She is awesome. Tell her I sent you. Right on the beach and great place to see the sunset. Waterfront- I think the best food, $$ but worth it. Great cocktail bar. Old hamburg schnelhyzen (or something) GREAT german food, near the Publix. Beach House - we just found this out last time down, great food. Good- Hurricane Hanks - Grouper is good. Bar type food but better Duffys Burgers (cash only) Best burgers on the island (some say Skinnies). Sandbar - some table on the beach, great location and views. food ok. There is a Moose and its only $60 to join for the year. Great sunsets, cheap drinks and food is just below ok. Parking. Great people Breakfast MiMis Peaches Island Cafe - great Lox and Bagels Liquor stores are next to Hurricane hanks and in Walgreens. Publix just down the street and a CVS. Plenty of shops on the island, look around Pine road and Hurricane Hanks. Capt Craig is a great guide for fishing if you want. There are all kinds of inlets where you can drive close to the beach.
