The cottages are yards apart and there’s ample parking -also free use of the new hard tennis court plus balls and racquets They provide comfortable and attractive accommodation together for 10 guests in 5 bedrooms(3 doubles 2 twins ) and a extra 2 -3 guests in the Studio - all doubles are comfortable king sized beds ( total 12 -13 guests) Four bathrooms ( 2 shower rooms) log fires/Sky smart TVs/ super fast BB The Cottage is disabled-friendly with only one step / downstairs double bedroom and bathroom ensuite ( walk-in shower) The Chapel’s 2 double bedrooms with ensuites are downstairs Studio (2-3) has king bed shower room ( +loo) +sofa ( sofa bed ) Please confirm if Studio also required A separate booking should be made for this or can be part of a Special Offer ( please make enquiry) Please note that these cottages are in a rural area 3 miles from Chipping Campden and Blockley There is a farm shop and butcher one mile away near Ebrington Cars are advised Guest access Guests will have access to part of the Walnuts gardens ( front garden) and tennis court & parking The Cottage & The Chapel also have their own enclosed gardens The Cottage is wheelchair accessible with downstairs king bedroom and en-suite large walk in shower room basin & loo Other things to note There is a dining area in the main conservatory with seating for 10-12 guests and seating for 10min the main living area with open log fire We are happy to accommodate family and friends gatherings but not loud parties There is a recycling area off the main car park
