The space This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. There's a full size kitchen with all the modern appliances (including a wine fridge and a Keurig coffee maker) and a half bath on the main floor with a back garden. The main bedroom on the second floor features a balcony, a queen bed with an en suite bathroom with a spa-like jacuzzi tub. The other queen bedroom and the full bedroom share a large bathroom with all the amenities. The pull out couch in the living room can sleep 3 more people. There is also a spacious basement office with washer and dryer available. Street parking is available but there is no designated parking . The whole property is accessible to free Wi-Fi. We have 5, actively recording camera overlooking the front door, back door, front deck and back deck which records video and audio. All devices are only on the exterior of the property. Guest access This townhouse can accommodate up to eight guests. Guests have full access to the entire house. A digital lock is available for convenient self-check-in and check-out. Guests can check-in at any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is at 11am. A 12pm check out time can be accommodated if it is communicate at the time of the booking at a rate of $25. Check out must be no later than noon, as other guests will be arriving, and the space must be thoroughly cleaned. Other things to note There is no designated parking area, however, street parking is free. Street parking is usually available during the day, but can be more scarce at night. Since we are located very close to the sports stadiums and music venues, it can be especially busy during popular events. Public transportation, restaurants, banks and supermarket are only one block away down to the Oregon avenue. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. We have a strict no party policy. Any guests coming into the property without prior communication can cause your stay to be cancelled without refund. $500 additional cleaning fee will be applied if there is unapproved party or event hosted during the stay. Our neighbors have young children so we want to be mindful of the noise level coming from our property. We have a 65" flat screen TV with local broadcast channels, guests who wishes to use streaming service can log into their own accounts using our TV but please remember to sign out at the end of your stay if you wish your information to remain private.
