Art Deco home with Bay View and Spa

This beautiful Art Deco home is a few minutes walk to the beach and to local cafes. It boasts a balcony on the first floor with spectacular views of the bay and Arthur’s Seat. An undercover outdoor spa is there for you to enjoy all year round. A large screen TV is in the lounge with recliner chairs for you to relax and watch Netflix, Chromecast and Blu-rays. You will be comfortable with 5 air-conditioners in the home. You may be offered an early check in and a late check when available. The space This home has 5 beds: Ground Floor: King bedroom and double bedroom. The main bathroom is next to the king bedroom. Upstairs: King bedroom, with en-suite, and a family room, with a double and single bed within. This is a room at the top of the stairs that opens out to the balcony. Please note: It does not have its own door, it is open to the stairwell and separated from the King Bedroom by a door. The air conditioners are in the two king bedrooms, the upstairs family room, the lounge and kitchen/dining area. The lounge room and adjoining sitting room are located downstairs. The kitchen is well set up if you enjoy cooking. The dining table can seat up to 10. There is a large smart TV in the lounge and a smaller one in the dining area. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating next to the outdoor spa, and an outdoor dining area in front of the house. The garage is powered for electric cars. Guest access You can access the entire house and yard, including the garage. There are personal items in one section of a wardrobe and in a couple of locked cupboards.
