The kitchen overlooks the view of the ocean featuring basic full-size appliances, a dishwasher and plenty of counter space. There is a small porch outside the kitchen for enjoying breakfast or coffee. Enjoy the high top bar or a game of ping pong, pool or other board games. The house has one flat screen TV and Wifi which we doubt you will even want to use with views like this! Guest access You will have access to the entire property. We have everything in this home you will need to make your stay easy. Cooking supplies and condiments are available for your use. We want this to feel like your home when you stay here! From the moment you drive through the private gate, all the way to the oceans edge, you will have privacy. The dock is yours to enjoy sunsets or morning coffee. The dock is shared with the neighbors. We do allow them to use our boat ramp at times to drop their jet ski and we are friendly with all our neighbors. We ask that you are respectful as we do our best to keep the neighborly peace✌️ Other things to note Swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and island hopping are right out your back door. You are also a short boat ride to spectacular off shore fishing and snorkeling beautiful reefs full of sea life. This is for a 28 day rental. We can offer longer than 28 day rentals as well.
