With a majestic view of Cyberjaya from your window, nothing screams fantastic than this. Perfect for longer stay either for leisure or business. We are connected to Tamarind Square via a shaded walkaway with all the necessity that you need during your stay. Mailroom is open 24 hours. 🏡Fully furnished 1 bedroom suite with all the necessity - A separate bedroom, living and dining area - Ikea Kivik 2 seater sofa lounge -A queen bed with 4 pillows and throws with side table and lights -A 48inch tv with an android TV box equipped with local channel and movie apps -100Mbps Wifi -Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking set (pot & pan), rice cooker and all the utensils -A 2 in 1 washer with DRYER with detergent (Talking about extra !) - Water purifier, skip buying bottled water -Complimentary coffee & tea making facilities and some cooking condiment -Toiletries ( shampoo, soap & handwash gel) and towels for your usage -Ironing station -Hair dryer -Praying mat (Sejadah) 🧹Kindly note that we are an individual operator with no profesional cleaning team. We are not a hotel. Cleanliness may varies. For stay longer than 28 nights, electricity will be capped at RM150 only (normal monthly consumption) & water at RM36. Exceeding the limit will be charged separately. Guest access The whole compound is a wonder. 🏊🏻‍♀️2 pools located at Level 7 and Level 17 is the perfect place for a good swim especially the infinity pool at Level 17. 🪴mini garden on Level 6. 🏋🏻‍♀️Gym is available from 7am-10pm everyday but please make sure you wear proper attire. 🍗BBQ pit is available for rent, however advance notice is necessary. 🛝A mini indoor playground is located at Level 7 perfect for your little one. Level 3 will connected you directly to Village Grocer supermarket, Mr DIY, Watsons, Eco Shop and Caring Pharmacy. Level 4 will open up to a shaded walkaway to the square to all the eateries ! To name a few - Glaze Eatery (Highly recommended) - Alcea Coffee (Your daily caffein fix) - 10 Gram - Teja Cafe for your nasi goreng fix - Burger King - San Franscissco Coffee - Tealive - And many many more ! Grab Hotspot is at L4, Quickgrab. Other things to note Housekeeping will only be done upon request at RM35/day Light cooking only allowed (Strictly no fish frying). Parking is FREE. Please park at Resident Parking. If a problem occur, please press the intercom for help and mention Tamarind Stay guest. Do not pay the fee. We will not refund. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit (Penalty RM100 if found any trace in the unit) Early checkin is subject to availability (Surcharge RM20/hour applies) Late checkout is charged at RM20 until 1pm and RM50 until 6pm (Please enquire with me)
