Easily run into Hill City for dinner or groceries or stay home and grill next to the creek. Hop on the Mickelson Trail and walk or ride right to the famous 1880's train. A short car ride gets you to all of the major attractions including Mt Rushmore (20 minutes) & Crazy Horse (16 minutes) or go the other direction to Deerfield Lake for fishing and boating. This Cabin is located in the middle of all the major attractions most of them being less than 30 minutes away. If outdoor activity is more your style. There are 3 different lakes within 25 minutes or less, not to mention the gated access to the Mickelson Trail in the back yard. Giving you access to 107 miles of biking and walking. Hundreds of miles of ATV trails are surrounding this area. Less than a four mile drive gets you to ATV rentals and access to Horse back riding.
