Damage Deposit; A 300 Pound damage deposit is collected in cash at the entrance to the villa, and your money will be refunded if no problems are detected during your check-out. Important Information; The pool and garden maintenance is done regularly by the attendants once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. There is also no charge.
