The space This is a 1952 house - with the appropriate upgrades. Four (4) spacious rooms, 10 ft ceiling w/ ceiling fans. Hardwood floors anchor the property with huge windows that allow for plenty of natural light. This house has three nice size rooms with an open concept. There’s 32in Smart TV’s mounted in each bedroom. Your space is the largest room in the house equipped with a 32in Smart TV, desk & chair. Queen size bed with memory foam bed, rustic sturdy frame, a dresser and closet with hangers. THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM & KITCHEN! Kitchen cabinets and refrigerator are labeled with ROOM #s, please use designated areas. Please minimize TV volume during the quiet hours. Our Quiet Hours are from 11P-7A, please refrain from using the laundry area during these hours as well. PLEASE DON’T LEAVE PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN BATHROOM - TOWELS, TOOTHBRUSH, WASH CLOTHS, SOAPS, ETC. Cleaning personnel may discard of these belongings with no reimbursements. There is a cleaning fee added as I provide clean wash cloths and towels to all guest. Soap, shampoo, lotion, iron and ironing board and FREE WASHING & DRYER ONSITE. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE DAILY OR ROOM SERVICE. The cleaning fee is to clean bedrooms after your stay and also to ensure the property is fully stocked with all the essentials necessary for a clean and comfortable stay The house is open beside a few locked/ restricted areas. NOTE: All Foreign Travelers will need to have access to a phone number with text message capability and the ability to download the Smartlock app from either the Apple or Android store.
