This third floor apartment (no elevator) is in Villas del Carmen condo, in colonia Hollywood, an upcoming Playa del Carmen neighborhood, steps away from Bajo Café, Mercado 30, Papa Charly’s, El Fogón. You will enjoy easy access to everything, with a brand new Chedraui select two blocks away, a 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and Mamita’s beach. The bedroom is away from the street, facing the complex in-ground swimming pool, for a good night of rest! The space This is an open concept 1BR apartment on the top floor of the unit: you enter through the living room area, with a small balcony facing the street on your right and view on the soccer stadium. The kitchen/living room/dining room are in one space, and the bedroom and bathroom at the back, with a balcony looking down on the common swimming pool. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the living area and the bedroom. The kitchen was freshly renovated with new appliances (fridge, gas stove), cabinets and tiled countertops. Kitchen is equipped with a blender, coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware and all the utensils you should need. Beach towels, bath towels, one set of linen are provided, as well as shampoo/conditioner/soap. A safety box is available in the bedroom closet. You also have access to the rooftop, shared with the first floor unit, with grill and a little garden. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment through the stairs, and access to the roof top, as well as access to the common areas in the center of the complex, with the pool, lounging chairs and palapa outdoor dining area. Other things to note IMPORTANT: for stays over 7 nights, to foster responsible AC use, electrical consumption over your 10 kWh daily allowance is extra, based on meter reading, at 4 pesos/kWh.
