The apartment is located in a recently renovated old building in the beautiful center of Andernach. It has been furnished with love and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space The exclusive 50m² attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recently completely renovated old building, which is oriented on the one hand to the backyard and on the other hand to the quiet side street and is therefore, despite the best location, really quiet. The accommodation welcomes you with a small separate entrance area with wardrobe and large mirror, where you have enough space to put on / take off his shoes and jacket. Through the 2nd entrance door in the entrance area, you enter the fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer and induction hob. From wine glasses, pots and pans, there is everything you need to prepare delicious meals and feel at home. The light-filled living room, which faces the backyard, is separated from the kitchen and has a small dining area with table and chairs, which not only invites you to eat, but can also be ideally used as a workplace. The necessary relaxation is provided by our cozy sofa, from which you can comfortably watch movies and series on the smart TV on the free Netflix account. The sofa bed is also an additional sleeping accommodation and can be used by a maximum of 2 additional guests. From the living room you can access the comfortably furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and closet, which offers enough storage space even for longer stays. The last room of the apartment is the daylight bathroom with high quality sanitary equipment such as sink, toilet and extra large shower. All furnishings found in the apartment were personally selected by us to create a particularly high feel-good factor. Another plus point of the accommodation is the free use of the washing machine in the laundry room in the basement, which you are welcome to use during your stay with us. Since the apartment is located in the center of the city, the parking spaces on the street are partly paid. However, in the parallel street you will find plenty of free parking, which can be reached in about 1 minute walk. The apartment is located in the city center of Andernach, the perfect place between the historic city center and picturesque hiking trails along the Rhine. Cities like Bonn, Koblenz and Cologne can be reached very quickly and easily by train or car. Train station, restaurants, wine farms, cafes and bakeries as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and banks are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
