Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in greenery & centrally located, the colors in the villa ooze calm and peace with a breeze of freshness. We have curated the outside lawn and deck for you to enjoy chill evenings with some chilled beers by the Private Pool. We hope our home exudes the same love we have put in, thus making your vacation a happy and memorable. The villa is located on Wadgaon Shinde road in Lohegaon, making it very convenient. The space Located in a peaceful neighborhood at the edge of Pune, this 3 bedroom villa features well done up rooms and bathrooms. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the patio which streams natural sunlight to light up the dining and living areas. We can also organise Bonfire and a BBQ ( for an extra charge) at night for guests to enjoy the late evenings under the stars ( on request) ! Although the pool is private, it will close at 10 p.m. due to Maharashtra government rules; also, loud music is not permitted after 10 a.m. The villa consists of 3 full bedrooms with AC's and attached bathrooms. My caretaker is also available on the premises to help with anything you might need. There is sufficient space within the premises to park your cars. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. A UPS is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once in 3 nights. Only the number of guests the reservation is made for are allowed in the villa. NO EXTRA GUESTS OR VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. I would personally love to make your stay as pleasant as possible . Other things to note Please treat this home with love and respect, like you would treat your own home.
