Small but fine studio apartment in the heart of the old town of Stade. 3-5 min walk to the train station and city center, in a quiet location and only a few minutes from the meadows in the Schwingetal. The medical clinics are also within walking distance. Free parking at the house. This studio is one of the most affordable ways to visit our beautiful old town and offers a good starting point for trips to Alte Land. The space Good and cheap still exists! The studio is not an expensive modern luxury apartment, but still offers a lot of wow for little money. Why not enjoy our great gastronomy in the old town more often? Or a trip to Heligoland or cycling in the Altes Land? Unfortunately, this studio is not a 4-5 star hotel with 24-hour service at a youth hostel price. The amenities also allow for longer stays without any problems. E-bikes can be provided. Even 4-5 people have enough space if the second studio is booked. There is usually a free parking space behind the house in the yard. For bicycle travelers: Bicycles can be safely accommodated in a garage behind the house. Other things to note If you intend to book with a pet (e.g. dog, bird, snake...), please inquire before booking and let us know what kind of animal it is. There are children in the house and not all types of pets are allowed. There is an outdoor seating area (a terrace next to the house), which, however, must be prepared independently for use: fetch the garden chairs, table and grill from the garden shed and put them back again.
