The space The place is gated with a private pool. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and with hot & cold showers. A service car is inclueded in the package ( gas not included, guest need to provide) with a driver as long as within the Sipalay City area only. It is fully furnished, you can cook/make your own food and relax. The wifi is available but depending on the signal strenght you can get good internet access. There are 2 cameras outside the house-in the gate and in terrace of the house for your safety. There is a big parking space that can accomodate at least 4 cars aside from the service car that is provided. The place is quiet since it is outside the city but accessible to community since it is by the roadside. There is a grotto and a garden landscape in the front of the house for your additional relaxing view. The property can accomodate at least 8 people not including children. The place is best for family. Washing machine is also available to use for free. An barbeque pit with benches around it for additional bonding moment will be added soon. There is a swimming pool exclusive for your family. Various board games and a pool table are also provided. Karaoke is also availble. The place is intended for family events and any gatherings.
