Flat in the Ambassadors area

This small and cosy 30m2 flat is located in the Embajadores neighbourhood in Madrid, just 5 minutes from the Glorieta Embajadores. The property is located in an area with easy access to public transport, being Glorieta Embajadores the closest stop, a 5mins walk away. Within 13 minutes walking distance you can stroll along the Manzanares River and enjoy the scenery of its park. The space The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without lift so you have to go upstairs. As can be seen in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - A lounge area with sofa and TV (this room has no window) - There is no dining area but there is a small bar-top with high chairs between the kitchen and the living room. - A kitchen open to the living room - In the sleeping area, you have a double bed of 135x190, with access to a balcony. - The flat has a complete bathroom with a small bathtub. Good to know: the bedroom window looks out onto the street, so you may find it noisy. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning by means of 1 split air conditioning unit with heat pump in the bedroom. You will also have at your disposal a portable fan and an electric radiator. The hot water is supplied by a 75 litre electric boiler: it is important to know because it can run out and you will have to wait for the boiler to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and is payable: there are blue and green zones. It can be difficult to find a parking space.
