The comfortable single room with a great pleasant single bed has an enjoyable mattress to relax your body and have an excellent rest. There is nothing better than having a good comfy sweet place to sleep. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil room. To Sainsbury's or Huntingdon town centre you have: 5 minutes away by car. 8 minutes away by bus (BusWay B) 5 minutes away by bike 17 minutes walk With easy access to bus connection to St Ives , and Cambridge; bus stop is just crossing the road The space LOCATION We are in a strategic great location, on one side close to Huntingdon town centre (19 min walk and by bus (8 minutes ), the bus stop is at the front of the house). On the other hand close to Tesco Extra, Cineworld, Sports Direct Gym and Swimming pool, and all the  restaurants like Bella Italia, Nandos, Chi, Dough&co,  and fast food restaurants like McDonald’s and KFC, all in the Sapley area. HOSPITAL Hinchinbrooke Hospital is accessible by walk (30 minutes) or by only one bus ( BusWay B) (20 minutes) Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, excluding the rooms of other guests. We welcome you upon your arrival. KITCHEN Kitchen cooking facilities are not provided; however quick self-serve breakfast with coffee, tea, and  Magdalene or similar is provided. BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER You have a nearby pub at 5 5-minute walk, or Huntingdon town centre offers a variety of fast food , fish and chips, Restaurants/Cafes, plus some good pubs as well, all a short walk away or just 1 direct bus. Also, the Sapley area offers great variety of restaurants and fast food LAUNDRY Please note that our home does not provide an in-house laundry service. We do not have the facilities to wash or dry clothes on the property. However, there are convenient self-service laundries nearby in St. Ives and the surrounding area where guests can easily wash and dry their clothes. These laundries are external services and are not provided by us. For your convenience, here are some nearby laundries we recommend: The Wash & Dry Shop 42 The Broadway, St. Ives PE27 5BN Revolution Laundry London Rd Texaco, St. Ives PE27 5EU Dry Cleaning & Linen Centre Halcyon Court, St Margarets Way, Huntingdon PE29 6DG (This last company charges per item of clothing, so it can be a good option if you only have a few clothes to wash and dry.) BACKYARD Guests are welcome to access the backyard where I grow my own vegetables. Lettuce, spring onions, tomatoes, oregano, parsley, coriander, lemon grass, mint, thyme, bay, strawberries, celery, and rosemary.   PARKING One free driveway is provided (subject to availability), and free public street parking. Also, paid driveway parking is available. Other things to note SMOKING / VAPING – STRICT POLICY This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere inside the house. If you are a smoker, we kindly ask that you book alternative accommodation. Any guest found smoking inside the property will not be allowed to continue their stay, and no refund will be issued. In addition, a £95 deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking or vaping inside the room or anywhere within the property, to cover specialist cleaning required to restore the space. ALCOHOL POLICY This is an alcohol-free home environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks at nearby restaurants and pubs; however, alcohol is not permitted to be brought into or consumed inside the property. Guests arriving under the influence or causing disturbance will be asked to leave, and the reservation may be cancelled without refund. GUEST IDENTIFICATION & SECURITY For safety and insurance purposes, all guests must be registered. We kindly ask that identification for all guests is provided prior to arrival via the Airbnb chat, or presented at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. CHILDREN Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for children due to safety considerations (stairs and layout). We are only able to accommodate registered adult guests. KITCHEN USE Cooking facilities are not available. However, guests are welcome to enjoy a light self-serve breakfast including tea, coffee, and simple morning items. There are many excellent restaurants, cafés, and takeaways within a short distance. LAUNDRY Laundry facilities are not available on the property. However, there are convenient self-service laundrettes nearby, and we are happy to guide guests if needed. PARKING One driveway space may be available (subject to availability), along with free on-street parking nearby. Please ensure access points are kept clear at all times. HOUSE ENVIRONMENT We aim to provide a peaceful, clean, and respectful environment for all guests. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels and to treat the home with care.
