The space During your stay you will enjoy a spacious house on the top floor (Apt#1) completely private and equipped for you and yours. Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation. We are about 20 minutes from the best beaches in the West. Within walking distance of our residence are some of the most prestigious hotels in the West Mayaguez Resort and Holiday Inn where you can enjoy the Casino and its spectacular pool at a cost of $25. Hospitals, Gas Stations, Cinemas, Universities, Pharmacies, department stores and places to taste our Puerto Rican cuisine as well as our coasts are within walking distance of the place. We have two parking spaces at no cost. One of the parking lots is inside the residence and the other is outside, but the place is extremely safe. We also have security cameras for that area. The residence has security cameras for greater protection. Other things to note We are located in the best area of Mayaguez. The property has 4 different entrances less than 1 minute to Highway #2. In less than 2 minutes by car you can reach the sea and enjoy the coast. The residence is between the Mayaguez Resort and Casino and the Holiday Inn and Casino. 3 minutes away is Sams Club, Caribbean cinemas, El Meson, Applebees, McDonald's, Burger King, Church's Chicken, among others. 20 seconds away is a Shell gas station with a mini market. We have a fully fenced property with a Tesla solar system, WiFi, security cameras, ample parking, solar heater, water cistern with motor and air conditioning in both rooms.
