It's a private house/rest house, offering a unique experience compared to typical condo staycations or resorts. Located strategically in the center of Manila, we have two air-conditioned rooms with balconies that can accommodate two adults and kids. Each room includes a free parking slot for one car. We offer various SHARED AMENITIES that are available for free use at all times. These include a 4ft deep swimming pool, an open poolside cottage, a poolside umbrella with a high chair, a kitchen, and a toilet & bath. At our place, we prioritize a peaceful and serene environment, which means loud music and voices are strictly prohibited. If you are part of a large group or planning to have a drinking party, our place may not be suitable for you. We prefer a relaxed atmosphere with chill drinks, laughter, and storytelling. To show courtesy to our neighbors, we kindly request that you observe quiet time from 9pm to 6am. We also have a strict "Clean as You Go" policy. While we are not a resort or hotel, our place is like a home, and we ask that you treat it as you would your own.
