Our cabin is perfectly situated on 5 heavily wooded acres. To access the cabin you will need to bring a 4 wheel drive, it is worth the drive. 25 years of age or older to rent. Rental agreement must be signed upon booking, along with copy of Driver's License and Deposit. Please read description and rental agreement, as we do enforce our policies It is the perfect place to relax and unwind from everyday life, whether you want to relax in the hot tub or just sit on the porch swing this is the place to do it. We also offer a fire ring and charcoal grill so you can sit around the fire and enjoy the weather and enjoy the conversation or cook up some steaks or veggies on the grill. Credit card holder and person reserving must be the same. Person reserving must be staying as shown in rental agreement and house rules. No booking for someone else. Person booking must be present at check in or nobody will be permitted inside. We will meet you at the cabin at check in between 4-5, if you cannot be present by 5 pm, please do not reserve this cabin Please be sure to get travel insurance, if you need suggestions let me know. We do not offer refunds for early departures, covid, or any other unexpected events. That is what travel insurance is for. NO TRAILERS WITH BOATS, ATV ETC. NO RVS, CAMPERS ETC. We are just a short drive to the state parks, Lake Logan, Grocery and restaurants such as The Hungry Buffalo, and axe throwing, The Millstone BBQ and the La Cascada Mexican Restaurant . (approx. 5-8 miles) (9 miles to zipline) The cabin has 2 bedroom, 1 private and 1 loft (both queen beds) 2 living rooms with Direct TV, 1 bathroom (tub/shower) and kitchen with full size appliances Below is more information needed for your stay. PLEASE be sure to look them over so you know what to expect. The cabin sits on 5 heavily wooded acres, and has a steep gravel drive so 4 wheel drive is NEEDED unless wanting to park at the bottom and walk up. Several guests have said they underestimated the steepness and stopped part way up, and got stuck when trying to back down and had to call a tow truck. All wheel drive may work for summer and spring (NOT A GUARANTEE) however only 4 wheel drive will work in the winter months. Please do not start up then stop and try to take off again, it is tearing up the drive even more. 4 wheel drive is needed for this cabin, year round Someone will be there to meet you at the cabin to check you in. Check in between 4-5 (NO late check in) If you cannot be there by 5 please do not rent the cabin No Check in On Sat, Sun or Monday on major holiday weekends. Maximum stay is 7 nights Adults only. 4 person maximum. No visitors on property anytime. Please make sure when reserving you do not exceed the maximum guest count. If there are more than 4 guests you will be asked to leave with no refund given.
