This 3-bedroom house is perfect for work and leisure, business people and families! The Cozy Retreat is about 6 km from Tete International Airport and 5 km from the city center. The space Refúgio Aconchegante is a two-story house in a very quiet location for a comfortable stay. The lower floor was designed with relaxation and socialization in mind, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and television room, with several doors that give access to the outdoor area and the garden. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The suite, with a king size bed, is the perfect space to relax. From all 3 bedrooms, you can move to the balcony to enjoy the views. Kitchen and Service Area: The kitchen has several cabinets and is well equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, modern refrigerator, coffee machine and all the necessary equipment to make a great family meal. The service area has a washing machine. TV or living room: Guests can enjoy Netflix and DSTV on the 65" Smart TV. Bedrooms: The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has large closets and wardrobes, air conditioning. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub to provide greater comfort and relaxation. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with shower and both rooms have air conditioning. Water: Refugio Aconchegante has its own water tank that supplies the entire house, in case of water supply problems through the public branch. Guest access Guests will drive on a short gravel road to reach our gate. Once inside the property, guests have access to parking for two vehicles. Parking is safe. Other things to note We have neighbors and we respect their space. Loud music and noise are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No parties are allowed.
