The space The Cozy Refuge is a two-storey house in a quiet place for a comfortable stay. The lower floor was designed with relaxation and socialization in mind with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and TV room, with several doors that give access to the outdoor area and the garden. On the top floor, the 3 bedrooms are located. The suite, with a king size bed, is the perfect place to relax. From all 3 bedrooms, you can move to the balcony to enjoy the views. Kitchen & Service Area: The kitchen has several cabinets and is well equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, modern glacier, coffee machine and all the necessary equipment to make a great family meal. Utility area with washing machine. TV or living room: Guests can enjoy Netflix and DSTV on the 65 "Smart TV on the 65" Smart TV. Bedrooms: The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. The main bedroom has large cabinets and guards, air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a hot tub to provide greater comfort and relaxation. The second and third bedrooms have access to a common bathroom with shower and both air-conditioned bedrooms. Water: Refugio Aconhegante has its own water tank that supplies the entire house, in case of water supply problems through the public extension. Guest access Guests will drive on a short-lived gravel road to reach our gate. Once inside the property, guests have access to parking for two vehicles. Parking is secure. Other things to note We have neighbors and we respect your place. No loud music and noises. Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am No parties.
