Guest access As amenities of the place, guests have access to: or Gym o Pool with towel service - not heated or grill o TV room in the clubhouse or access to the bar or board games o Changing rooms in the common area o Access to terraces and viewpoint - Minors are welcome duly supervised by an adult during the time of stay - The clubhouse has other rooms that may or may not be occupied during your stay. - Cleaning service is included in stays of more than one night if the client so requests, otherwise no one (including the host) will enter the room without the guest's permission. - Pets are not allowed. - There is no access to the kitchen, so if any food service is required, it must be notified in advance. Other things to note Check-in: Registration is available from 1:00 p.m. The host or representative of the subdivision will meet you upon arrival, show you the room and answer any questions you may have. We ask that you provide arrival times to ensure that your arrival process is as smooth as possible. A security deposit will be requested on arrival or a card number as a guarantee. The regulations for the use of the Club House facilities will be delivered upon arrival to obtain the signature of agreement. Check-out: Check out time is no later than 12:00pm on the day of departure. Late check-out can be scheduled based on availability at an additional charge. An inspection of the suite will be carried out at the end of your stay and the deposit will be returned if there is no damage or flaw to the facilities.
