All bedrooms have all cotton sheets and comforters and blankets are located in bedroom closets, washcloths and hand towels are available in bathrooms. We provide some toiletries in each bathroom vanity in case you forgot something. We also provide extra toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and appliances you may need. Spices are located in the cabinets by the stove. A regular drip coffee pot is provided along with a microwave. If you prefer we also provide limited Keurig pods. Dishwasher soap, cleaners and paper towels are provided under kitchen sink. Entire home except for the outdoor shed. Available to guests via air bnb text or email. This is a Private community with seasonal amenities such as lake, beach, with kayak rental, neighborhood pool and clubhouse restaurant and bar (Seasonal hours vary) These amenities are free of charge with required parking permit and wristbands. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are close driving distance. Convenient to area ski and snowboarding resorts in Winter season. (Blue Mountain, Bear Creek, Jack Frost, Camelback) Check resorts for opening dates. In the summer enjoy white water rafting, paintball, parks, trails and tubing facilities within a short drive. - All guests will be required to fill out an HOA form for a parking permit for your vehicle (3 cars max), this will allow you access to the neighborhood amenities (lake, pool, clubhouse) Seasonal hours vary. This also allows you trash disposal upon checkout. The passes are free of charge, however, rental is not possible without a permit.
