Other things to note ★★★ PRE-STAY GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED ★★★ To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and selfie, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie prior to check-in. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. ★ Other Things to Note ★ - Garage parking is not available, and all cars should be parked on the driveway and on the street curb directly in front of the house - We would love to welcome guests who book our house the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the home for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm. - We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores (HEB and Costco) that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. - Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. - This property has a guest limit of 6 standard and 8 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
