Casa Marsial Eriste - 2nd Floor

Casa Marsial (Eriste, 150 rooms, C/ Mayor) maintains its original architecture and consists of 3 floors: an apartment on each one and storage rooms on the ground floor. To the south, it borders a public garden (with swings) and the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park Interpretation Center. Eriste offers services (supermarket, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, swimming pool). It is an ideal spot for walks, hiking and mountain crossings. Its location allows you to practice alpine skiing in Cerler or cross-country skiing in Llanos del Hospital The space The apartment has an area of 50-60 square meters, with windows in every room, and a balcony in the kitchen/dining room. Its layout is: - 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed) and (1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds. If you use the 2 extra beds, the room space is reduced) - All rooms have a built-in wardrobe - 1 kitchen-dining room - 1 bathroom - 1 storage room on the ground floor. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating, kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator (small size), oven, Italian coffee maker. We also provide the service, included in the price, of sheets, and 2 towels per person (1 for cleaning and 1 for bathing). If needed, a baby crib is available. Guest access Upon entering there is the hallway, in front of the entrance door there are 3 locked doors that correspond to the storage rooms of each apartment and the key is on the keychain. Other things to note In the southern part of the house there is a public park for girls and boys with swing, slide and green area that can be seen from the balcony of the kitchen dining room. In this same space is the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park Interpretation Center, where you can request information about the Park.
