Two large (50") flat screen TV's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), cable, BlueRay DVD players in both rooms, Apple TV, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Fiber WIFI with 1GB download/upload speed, Sound bar with auxiliary jack for music in living room. Sound bar with bluetooth in bedroom. Indoor lap pool, hot tub, outdoor tennis and basketball court on the 1st floor. Tanning salon, sauna, locker rooms, and full gym on the 2nd floor. Outdoor pool and hot tub on the 4th floor. Guest access I will meet you in the parking lot to hand off the key to the unit. It will have a small FOB on the key. The small transmitter needs to be held up to the black electronic entry box on the door. Since this will let you enter and exit the building, you should have no problems with anyone that might be working the desk. You will be treated as a tenant. Keep in mind the main lobby is actually on the 4th floor. Your parking space is #46 on the surface lot. Visitor spots are 15-22, and there is no time limit on parking there. There is additional free parking on the streets to the North, West, and South. I will send a map of the parking lot should you book. Other things to note Access to the building is be electronic FOB. There is a doorman in the main lobby 24 hours a day. If there is ever an issue, the doorman can always call me. I live in the condo when it’s not being used by an airBNB tenant, so please take care of my things! I’ve spent 10 years in the condo, and I love my home!
