A restful paradise for coastal path and Moors Way adventurers. Our home is a 300 year old, grade II listed building situated next to the East & West Lyn rivers, and is just moments from the sea. The room is a relaxing double, with stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) Guests have access to. shared tea & Nespresso making facilities, with an optional hearty breakfast (£15pp) / evening meal (£30) available on request. A varied seasonal menu with home made & local produce. The space Hazy Storm is an en-suite double bedroom which is one of three guest bedrooms at Seaview Villa. It has sea views, and is suitable for 2 guests, although there is room for a travel cot if required (available on request). The bed is a standard double with a firm, comfortable mattress. There is a dressing table, hanging space, and shelving for storage. A twin room (listed as ‘Walkers Rest’) can be booked in conjunction with this room for bigger parties. A further double room (listed as ‘Fern’) is also available for bookings. Please enquire via messaging. Guest access There is a very short but relatively steep slope on the path leading to our house from Watersmeet Road. Guests with mobility issues should consider this prior to booking. The guest bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is a spacious lounge with TV available at certain times (on request) on the 1st floor. Other things to note We offer a complimentary drink on arrival. Breakfast can be provided on request, at a cost of £15pp, to be eaten in the dining room. Breakfast consists of full English or another dish discussed at the time, with lots of home made produce, and are very popular. Tea & coffee making facilities are also available throughout the duration of your stay. 24 hours notice required for breakfast & welcome refreshments. Breakfast payment made at the premises. Small dogs are welcome by prior approval.
