Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small 6 m2 house with covered terrace and large hanging hammock, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (us!) at 200 m: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300 m walking access includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good). The space Looking to disconnect from the city, take time to live, relax in the woods, embark on a new adventure… The Trapper's Cabin offers even more thanks to its many hikes within walking distance from the cabin, to the nearby Tarn Valley to visit great places and entertain you. Tarn and Aveyron are within reach. Equipped with your backpack, the shelter is within walking distance, traveling 300 m on a slightly steep hiking trail. Once there, you will discover a small, comfortable and well-equipped cabin with an interior of 6 m2. The cabin is located in a fenced park of two hectares with the presence of our animals (goats and sheep) The bench of the covered terrace allows you to enjoy the setting totally immersed in the forest, unless you prefer more immersion by relaxing in the net perched in the trees to nap, contemplate the stars, read or listen to the birds. You can eat on the table hanging outside if you wish or have an aperitif around the landscaped pond. The house is not connected to running water but a tap is available upstream, along the way. We have already refilled 10 L of fresh drinking water in the food container for you to spend the first night. You have jerry cans available to bring more water at your convenience. You can cook thanks to the gas hob inside and the kitchen area on the terrace. The necessary dishes, pots, basic condiments, coffee and tea provided will help you with your meals. We also prepare meals that you can order in advance and that we bring directly to the tree house. In the sheltered bathroom, you will find a dry toilet and a shower tray with a camping showerhead. Hot water will be brought to temperature using the gas stove or in summer by placing the shower tank in the sun. Remember to bring your towels. Equipped with battery-powered lamps, you can spend your evenings lit up to read or reread the fabulous tales of Perrault. An external battery with a USB port allows you to recharge the lamps and your mobile phones. For a good night's sleep, the sofa turns into a 130 x 190 cm bed, with duvets and pillows ready. Surrounded by windows, the night show will be yours unless you prefer to create a cocoon by closing the curtains. For the coolest evenings, a wood-burning stove is available to start a good fire. The isolated house will be quickly warmed up.
