Enjoy the simple life in this beautiful place. My little kingdom has 60 sqm, 2 rooms.kitchen, bathroom, toilet and thus offers enough space to feel comfortable. Since I have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, 3 people can easily be accommodated. It is a very neat, pet-free, non-smoking household with me. The apartment is superbly connected to public transport. Three subway stations, as well as bus and tram are reachable in a few minutes' walk. :) The space It is a superbly renovated old building. Other things to note I organize a key handover, when moving in and out. I will discuss everything in detail after booking :)
