Hello, we are Noémie and Clément and we offer this studio attached to our house 5 minutes from Bourg de Péage/Romans (arrival possible between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.) With expressway access to Grenoble or Valence within a minute. The accommodation is in the countryside without noise pollution. The parking lot is closed by an electric gate, for which you will have the remote. This same parking area is shared with us. Access to the studio is independent. The space The studio has a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen is functional with an electric stove, microwave and table top fridge. In the main room you will also find a bed and TV. you will need to bring your bath towels, a cloth for the kitchen and your sheets (bed 140 x 190). There is no WiFi but 4G. Other things to note No self check-in, check-in is possible between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can organize ourselves. The bed is in the same room as the kitchen and living room, it is now a studio, there is no more bedroom upstairs.
